很高興看到關於特殊需要信託的報導 (2018年4月9日頭條日報及星島日報)，但要小心該報導部分內容未盡正確。政府從未如報導所指計畫對特殊需要信託設定最低門檻或限制信託計劃年期。

Very glad to see newspaper reports about the SNT (Headline Daily & Sing Tao Daily, 9 April 2018), but beware of inaccuracies in this report. There was never any suggestion that the government had already planned to impose a minimum threshold or limit the number of years of the trust plans as the reports suggested.
